私たち「鹿児島茶生産家コンソーシアム」は、鹿児島の若手の茶生産家と有力茶商で作る、鹿児島茶の一大サプライヤーです。オーガニックなど先進的な取り組みを行う鹿児島の若手生産家と国内外のバイヤーをダイレクトに繋ぐ事で、より質の高い茶を中間マージンを排したリーズナブルな価格で世界中に流通させる事を可能にします。それにより、後継者不足や市場価格の下落にあえぐ茶業の現場を活性化し、お茶づくりの技術や茶園を次世代に継承できるようにし、鹿児島の豊かな自然環境の保全に繋ぐ事を目指しています。
Kagoshima Tea Farmily’s Consortium is a major supplier of Kagoshima organic green tea made by young tea farmers and leading tea manufacturer. By directly connecting domestic and overseas buyers with young producers who are engaged in advanced initiatives such as organic farming, we are able to distribute higher quality tea around the world at a reasonable price without intermediate margins. By doing so, we aim to revitalize the whole tea industry, which is suffering from a shortage of successors and falling market prices, and pass on tea making techniques and tea gardens to the next generation, and finally to lead to the conservation of Kagoshima’s rich natural environment.
